My Little Boy is Growing Up...

We went to the park today to enjoy the beautiful weather. Hudson and Daddy had a nice little walk together...It's nice that Hudson is willing to hold our hands right now. Today he actually asked Christian to hold his hand.

At dinner the other night Hudson broke out into the cutest rendition of "Jesus Loves Me" that I have ever heard. You have to listen closely to catch the words...but they're there. He never ceases to amaze me with how much he knows. We've been singing Jesus loves me to him for quite a while but I had no idea that he had so much of it memorized.

A Diaper Clutch

So I decided tonight that I needed a "diaper clutch" to take to the nursery and stuff when I just need a diaper and some wipes for Hudson. Here's the result...I thought it turned out pretty cute.

Last Friday evening we spent some time with some friends who have a 2 1/2 year old daughter who is into dolls. Hudson decided that was pretty fun. When we left their house he was not happy about having to leave all the babies behind. The next morning I dug this baby doll from my childhood out of a box for him to play with. He's now quite attached to "baby". It's all pretty cute. ;)

A nap with Mommy...I'll be sad when he doesn't want to snuggle with me anymore...and when my belly is too big for there to be room for him.

Hudson is also quite attached to his bear. The other day he wanted his bear to sit and eat lunch with him. Bear ended up in the chair next to him with a cracker for lunch while Hudson ate his food.

I made some cupcakes and had some frosting left over. I put some on a graham cracker for Hudson and he proceeded to lick it all off and get it all over his face....mmm frosting!
